What's your typical cost for a monthly bookkeeping service?
Because we believe so strongly in the value of our Virtual CFO service, we don't offer standalone bookkeeping.
What certifications does Tuulyp have?
Our team is fully certified on the following apps. Quickbooks Online (Basic) and Advanced. Xero Certified Advisor. Fathom HQ Certified Advisor. Float Certification. Invest-for-Excel. Pipefy Certification. There are many more certifications we possess, and we're always adding more.
Can I get a quote for a custom package?
Absolutely. Send us a note by email or give us a call and we'd be happy to build a custom proposal for you that best meets your needs.
What if I want to keep my bookkeeper, but hire you for CFO?
Yes! Our only caveat is that we need to audit your books and make sure the quality is to our standards and the COA/products/services lists are properly setup. If we're not satisfied, we will provide you fact based information on where things stand.
Do you guarantee great results?
Yes! While we don't offer refunds on professional services rendered (excepting anything described in our terms of service), we do offer satisfaction guarantees in the form of extra (complimentary) hours as needed to ensure extremely high levels of satisfaction for any service or deliverable we provide.
